Models for Community Engagement: Making Lasting Connections for Your Community

Models for Community Engagement: Making Lasting Connections for Your Community Online

Long-gone are the days where libraries are solely information repositories. Today libraries offer services, resources, and expertise that add value to the lives of people in their community. However, building lasting relationships in the library’s community is key to demonstrating its usefulness.

This webinar will help you learn about the different community engagement models that libraries of all types and sizes can sustainably employ. By the end of this session, you will have a deeper understanding of which community engagement model works best for your library. You will also leave with an action plan for how you can get this process started. Additionally, you will receive ideas about how you take any existing partnerships to the next level and communicate the library’s lasting impact on the community.
